Selling
in a Slow Economy: Good times come and go and when they do
sales people have to be prepared. During this portion of
the program we'll stress the importance of going back to basics... becoming
hunters again.
Presentation
Skills: If you
talk too much you’ll lose the sale. It’s not what you say, it’s truly how you
say it!
Question-Selling:
Everyone
tells you to ask questions… but which ones work best? If you knew we could share
some with that do and will create new ones for you on the spot, what would that
be worth to you?
Objection-Handling:
There
are those who claim if your ‘presentation is effective, there will be no
objections to worry about”. Nonsense! There will always be objections and they
are something we need to hear in order to sell effectively. We will share ways
to overcome objections, providing time-tested word tracks designed for your
business.
Closing
the Sale:
One of
the reasons sales aren’t closed is because the sales person doesn’t ask for the
order. There are reasons for this including fear of rejection, fear of
acceptance (it’s true!) and more often than not, a lack of skill as to how to
ask for the order. There are more reasons of course and we will discuss those.
Suffice it to say though we will provide multiple, fun and powerful ways to
close sales fast and without unnecessary pressure.
Follow-up
and Up-Sell: What do
you do once the sale is made? Regardless whether you’re in retail or sell
airplanes, your past customer can become a future one if you do what it takes to
assure it. We will share some ideas to keep what’s old… new.
